Community Volunteering

We devotes regular time and supports team spirit activities by volunteering its skills and manhours in various community outreach programs. Some of these initiatives includes Swachh Bharat (Clean India) Mission, environment conservation & tree plantation, free meal distribution during Covid Pandemic and to vulnerable households.

Economic Responsibility

In being more conscientious, we actively supports the society for truly paying it forward for the greater social good. We continuously endorse new approach to recycles/reuses up to 15-20% of its waste especially during international events and forums. Regularly keeping up with the taxes to Indian and other countries globally. We provide financial aid in the communities building projects with aspirations for more similar assistance in the sustainability initiatives and related activities.

 

Armed Forces Veteran Welfare

We regularly engages in welfare of Ex-Servicemen. Armed Forces veterans having immense domain knowledge which needs to be further capitalized benefiting the country. In association with Aerospace & Defence Consultants Association of India (ADCAI), PEMM assists in talent utilization from veterans. It explores vast opportunities which startups can gain from their experience especially in advisory services role. PEMM also plans to support them in various skill development programs.
